WEERDO'S FASHN CLUB prioritizes minimizing harm to our users over freedom of expression, and we will limit some expression with the goal of preventing, protecting users from, and moderating hateful behavior and harassment.

Within your account, you can enter other details, such as modify your display name (username), address. Our third-party vendor provides our registration, ticketing, membership functionality on the back-end store and secure your passwords. WEERDO'S CLUB does not have access to these passwords.

We also collect any information you provide to us in messages, such as through our Contact page. We use such contact information for purposes of responding to, and following up regarding, your inquiries, including by providing you with requested or supplemental information. Depending on the nature of your message, we may route your information to an appropriate third party, such as one of our distributors, to better address such messages.

B. Payment Information

When you join WEERDO'S CLUB, we will collect your payment information to process your membership and/or monthly subscription payments. We will also collect your payment information when you wish to purchase merchandise through the Website. Typically, you will be asked to provide your name, billing and shipping address, payment information (however, for payment card number, we only receive a digital token), email address, and phone number. We use this order information to fulfill any purchases made through our Website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices/confirmation), process your membership dues on a monthly basis, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential fraud or other risks, or, upon giving your consent, provide you with marketing relating to our products or services.

WEERDO'S FASHN CLUB does not support Do Not Track browser settings and does not currently participate in any “Do Not Track” frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms from you regarding the collection of your Personally Identifiable Information or Non Personally Identifiable Information. Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our visitors who are California residents to request certain information regarding Generation Genius’s disclosure of personally identifiable information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Shine the Light: California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes or to opt out of such sharing. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
